(March 23, 2017) – The inaugural Advanced Design & Manufacturing (ADM) Cleveland, Northeast Ohio’s only comprehensive design and manufacturing event, will feature a vibrant expo floor packed with leading suppliers across multiple industries, presentations from some of the most innovative minds in advanced manufacturing, exciting attractions, and opportunities to make meaningful connections. Educational conference content, available to all registered visitors, delves into emerging technologies and concept-to-market for the medical device industry, lightweighting for the automotive industry, and smart manufacturing.
ADM Cleveland will bring five established industry events together into one unparalleled business and learning experience. The well-known Automation Technology Expo (ATX), Design & Manufacturing (D&M), Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M), Pack, PLASTEC, and shows will be transformed into zones on the ADM Cleveland expo floor, giving visitors access to a broad range of industry verticals, including automotive, medtech, and aerospace.

Meetups, a new UBM initiative
New for the inaugural ADM Cleveland event are two topic-focused meetup initiatives in partnership with UBM. The first, Open Source Artificial Intelligence for Manufacturing, a Machine Intelligence meetup, will be held on Wednesday, March 29th at 2:30 p.m. and will feature a demonstration, tutorial and chat-ops session on the use of human-Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Manufacturing. The second, Designing the conversation around Medical Devices, a MedDevCLE meetup, will begin on Wednesday, March 29th at 3:00 p.m. Join the discussion and hear what top local Ohio doctors have to say when it comes to clinician and engineer communication when designing a device.
Center Stage is the hub for live content on the expo floor and offers a diverse program of free presentations each day highlighting diverse and fascinating topics.
